Job Description

Overview Our team is looking for an Order Processing Specialist, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will drive efficiency and accuracy in order management. In this role, you will be processing customer orders from receipt through invoicing and delivery. Your role will support customer relationships with federal government customers and business partners such as Motorola. Responsibilities Receive, retrieve, review, and process incoming customer orders. Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping addresses for accuracy Maintain and update internal company logs and tracking systems for all orders Submit invoices accurately and in a timely manner Communicate with customers regarding shipments, tracking information, and invoicing status Monitor and track order ETAs through Motorola systems for all open orders Follow up on existing orders for booking status, issues, and shipping estimates Request and manage contract modifications (MODs), including extensions for Periods of Performance (POP) Coordinate with customers and Motorola to resolve material issues, shortages, and discrepancies Requirements Experience with office procedures, clerical tasks, or administrative roles involving data entry and organization. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including managing spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook emails. Communication skills, mainly via Outlook Emails and phone calls. Prior office experience demonstrating organizational skills such as filing, data collection, and record keeping. Ability to meet strict government deadlines and adaptability withing the federal workspace.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
