Job Title:
Warehouse Picker Job Description As an order selector, you will use our warehouse management software to identify cases for filling customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Once an order is complete, you will stack cases on pallets, wrap and label the pallet, and move it to the staging area promptly, ensuring all safety and quality standards are followed. Responsibilities Operate prioritizing safety and quality, ensuring the work area is safe and reporting any unsafe conditions immediately. Organize, pull, pack, palletize, re-case, order select, replenish, wrap, and label orders consistently and accurately. Lift cases weighing an average of 35 to 50 pounds repeatedly. Stack pallets or materials correctly, following inventory control instructions. Maintain regular, dependable attendance and high performance. Wear all mandated personal protective equipment. Demonstrate knowledge of company safety programs. Safely and efficiently operate a forklift equipped with forks or clamper to move customer products. Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach re-charger. Complete forklift/equipment inspection checklist before operation. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Perform all work in compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Work with a team, take direction, follow work rules, and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Shift options vary, including early morning and late evening hours. Orientation is scheduled Monday to Wednesday, from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
