Job Description
Role Overview The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting outbound operations by performing basic picking, packing, and staging tasks. This role focuses on accuracy, speed, and learning fulfillment workflows while maintaining workstation organization and safety compliance. The position is designed as a foundational role, providing training and development opportunities to grow into more advanced responsibilities. Job Responsibilities Order Picking & Packing
- Perform assigned picking tasks based on pick tickets.
- Pack items securely and ensure labeling is correct.
- Assist in staging orders for outbound shipment. Training & Development
- Learn company fulfillment processes, standards, and systems.
- Progressively improve picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Seeks continuous guidance from senior fulfillment staff and lead hands. Workstation Organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fulfillment station.
- Restock supplies (boxes, tape, labels, dunnage) as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements. Operational Support
- Assist other fulfillment associates during high-volume shifts.
- Provide support in staging and dock preparation when needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative and efficient outbound team environment. Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with senior fulfillment associates for mentorship and training.
- Support outbound team members to ensure orders are staged on time.
- Coordinate with QC/Inventory Control to verify order accuracy. Qualifications
- 1+ years in pick/pack order fulfillment environment
- Basic computer skills; navigating web site, utilizing inventory management systems
- Cross Training; ability to learn and excel across multiple warehouse departments/functions
- Physical requirements; lift up to 50lbs, stand for 8 hours, bend, stoop and use hands.
