GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of incoming supply orders and the completion of supportive functions in Toxicology Client Services within established Service Level Agreements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Level 1 Process and complete all supply order requests. Process order rollouts. Properly handle email requests and notations in Customer Service Module. Process automatic ordering; review order forms and master schedule to maintain accuracy. Use Fulfillment Center to process supply order requests as appropriate. Use order review tool to evaluate and adjust supply quantity requests. Email order confirmations to requesting clients. Research and resolve order related issues. Manage and process daily MRO mismatch report. Reconcile daily problem reports as needed. Process RMAs using D365. Communicate to department management processing delays and/or supply issues impacting clients and department service level agreements. Interact with sales, accounting, and other departments to expedite workflow and resolve order issues. Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all CRL and client information. Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job. Keep work area neat and clean. Other duties as assigned Level 2 Perform all duties of Order Processing Specialist Level 1. To be eligible for Level 2 promotion, the employee is expected to have shown mastery in level 1 Account Coordinator duties. Eligible coordinators will also have demonstrated work accountability and consistent accuracy in their work performed. Work with Account Executives regarding product pricing and add/remove pricing via the Accounting Spreadsheet. Handle Fulfillment Center Support and Fulfillment Center Account/User Setup requests. Work with Supply Fulfillment and Accounting to complete the quote process for Government CS Orders. Conduct volume reviews regarding pending orders in Fulfillment Center to cancel/change orders in which clients are found to be overordering. Send onboarding e-mails and assist clients with utilizing Fulfillment Center. Resolve and reprocess E-Screen order failures in Broadleaf. Generate order history reports via Broadleaf. Resolve CCF orders entered by the Distribution Center on the Pending Orders spreadsheet. Resolve inquiries regarding Formfox FastTrax.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
1 year of data entry or customer service experience
