STARTING RATE OF PAY
$47.52 p/hr. •Union Represented Position•
REMARKS:
Prepare and process permit applications, petitions, including plan orders, grants of location, and traffic forms for City of Boston. Prepare, review, process and expedite all jointly owned billing with telephone company. Prepare review, process and expedite all records, requests, billing etc., related to CATV, foreign attachments, and railroads. Many of the job functions performed by the incumbents require the ability to communicate with outside agencies in a manner that enhances the Company image. Assist employees of higher rating.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Successful completion of two (2) college level courses: Real Estate Fundamentals and Oral Communications. Courses must be three (3) semester hours each. Must have a Paralegal Certificate or Associates' Degree in Business, Legal Studies, or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must obtain Notary Public stamp within in first three (3) months. Valid drivers' license and clean driving record
