If so, our client is seeking a dedicated selector to join their team in Chicopee, MA. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to contribute to a thriving production environment. Responsibilities for the Selector Efficiently select products into totes and boxes following detailed pick instructions to ensure accuracy. Operate RF scanners to accurately track and manage inventory and order fulfillment. Verify orders for completeness and correctness before shipping. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals Requirements for the Selector Ability to operate RF scanning equipment (training available if needed). Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities. Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset. Reliable and good communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs safely. Compensation/Benefits for the
