Responsibilities Receive, enter, process, and manage sales orders through the fulfillment process. Assist Account Managers with sales quotations, customer communication, order processing, and issue resolution. Communicate with suppliers regarding product delivery, pricing, and support related to customer sales orders. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook. Prior customer service-related experience. Proficiency to effectively interact with customers.
