Job Description

A growing and well-established distributor in the electronic equipment space is seeking a Customer Service / Order Management Specialists to join their team. These are newly opened roles due to continued growth, offering the chance to work closely with sales, customers, and suppliers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, enter, and process customer sales orders through the full fulfillment lifecycle Support Account Managers with quotations, order processing, and customer communication Communicate with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order completion Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks as needed Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, order entry, or a related role Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in order fulfillment or e-commerce environments is a plus Additional Details Full-time, fully onsite role Collaborative, team-oriented environment Interview process: One in-person interview with leadership Why This is a Great Opportunity This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing company where you can play a key role in day-to-day operations, gain hands-on experience across customer service and order management, and be part of a supportive, close-knit team. #RJADM45
