Order Selector

Our client is currently seeking an Order Selector to support daily warehouse operations and on-time fulfillment. The role involves locating items, building pallets, and preparing orders for shipment with a strong emphasis on accuracy. Successful candidates will demonstrate solid organizational skills, the ability to follow established processes, and a commitment to keeping the facility clean and equipment in good working order.

The Day-to-Day:

Locate and select customer order items within the warehouse. Build pallets with prepared orders and stage them on loading docks. Perform visual inspections to verify order accuracy and readiness for shipment. Apply shrink wrap to secure pallets and protect product. Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment as needed. Keep accurate records of completed orders and related documentation. Perform basic equipment care and promptly report any malfunctions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an Order Selector is preferred but not required. Sit-down forklift experience is a plus; forklift/machinery license preferred but not required. Great attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions. Able to comply with all safety policies, procedures, and standards. Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and handle materials throughout the entire shift.

Pay Rate:

$17.00 to $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

7:00 PM until finished (end time varies with workload)
