As a Selector, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, prepared, and shipped on time. You'll work closely with your team and supervisor to meet daily production goals while maintaining high safety standards and organization throughout the warehouse. What You'll Do As a Selector, you will be responsible for: Picking products accurately to fulfill customer orders using manual and/or automated picking tools. Wrapping and staging pallets securely to prepare them for shipment. Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Following all safety protocols and using sound judgment to prevent accidents. Maintaining a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous order selecting experience is required. Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 65 lbs., long periods of standing, and frequent bending and reaching. Excellent communication skills and reliability. Dependable transportation, as the location is not on a bus line and hours can vary. Physical stamina to work 6-12 hour shifts with focus and accuracy.
