Full-Time / Part-Time About King of Budz King of Budz is one of Michigan's leading cannabis dispensary brands, recognized for quality products, exceptional customer service, and a safe, welcoming environment. We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Fulfillment / Curbside Associate to help process online orders and provide an efficient curbside pickup experience for our customers. Position Overview As an Online Fulfillment / Curbside Associate , you will prepare, organize, and deliver customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role ensures a seamless online shopping experience and represents King of Budz in providing friendly, professional service at pickup. Key Responsibilities Prepare and package online and curbside orders accurately. Verify products, quantities, and order details before pickup. Greet customers and safely deliver orders during curbside pickup. Communicate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage, packing, and pickup areas. Follow all state cannabis regulations and company policies. Assist with inventory updates and backroom organization as needed. Qualifications Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and online order platforms. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
