Order Center Associate Part Time Position:

JOB DUTIES

Assisting customers with placing incoming orders Assisting other florists with orders coming into and out of our systems Answering calls from customers and stores pertaining to products, events, workshops, and deliveries Handling customer comments and complaints

QUALIFICATIONS

Exceptional customer service skills Strong data entry and computer knowledge Professional phone manner Ability to prioritize Dedicated follow through Detail oriented Solid verbal and written communication skills Effective selling skills Plant and flower material knowledge preferred Able to sit, be on the phone and on the computer for the majority of the day
