Order Entry Clerk

Overview A leading manufacturer in the stainless steel storage and processing tank industry is seeking a Temporary Order Entry Clerk to support their Supply Chain team. This is a highly administrative, detail-oriented role focused on order processing and clerical support. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Process and manage purchase orders accurately Maintain and track order acknowledgements Perform general Supply Chain clerical and administrative tasks Manage and monitor a shared email inbox Make outbound phone calls to vendors when follow-up is required Ensure high attention to detail with part numbers and order numbers Required Skills Clerical and administrative support Order processing and order entry Customer service experience Strong attention to detail Comfortable making phone calls to vendors as needed Qualifications No specific industry experience required 3+ years of high-volume administrative experience Experience in a large organization preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Cloud, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
