Order Entry Specialist St. Louis, MO Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist responsible for managing email orders, confirming order status, and releasing orders to our warehouses. This role requires accuracy in account setup and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring timely processing of transactions, and adherence to company procedures. Responsibilities Enter email orders from sales representatives and confirm receipt or rejection via email. Allocate inventory and release accepted orders to the warehouses. Review and validate account setup information and verify licenses. Maintain inventory in the sample warehouse and request additional supplies as needed. Follow company procedures for notification of reported product defects or complaints. Essential Skills Proven experience in order entry and data entry. Strong customer service skills. Ability to perform repetitive work with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high levels of activity with accuracy. Judgment skills required for communicating with sales representatives and co-workers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel or Google Suite, with a familiarity with spreadsheets and basic math skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated ability to establish comfortable, two-way communications. Capability to coordinate activities under various conditions and constraints. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeton, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
