SUMMER TEMP - ORDER ENTRY ASSOCIATE SUMMARY
Full time position that is temporary between May and August, requiring employee to enter outdoor play orders from customers into the database system and partner with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Temporary position will enter orders from customers into database accurately and timely Will identify key components of customer orders and work with other departments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. May assist with other tasks as assigned. Maintain good attendance and professional work demeanor.SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilitiesQUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. Three to six months related experience or a combination of education and experienceLANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general work and safety instructions/guidelines. Ability to communicate with other employees and departments effectively.REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). Ability to count accurately.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to use computer, computer systems and databases, use a mouse and file system. Ability to distinguish item numbers (6 and 9 digit numbers) and letters. Ability to craft professional emails, voicemails, and conversations with co-workers, customers, managers, and external partners.ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level is determined in the company's employee handbook. Must be available and willing to work overtime hours as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Must be available and willing to work such weekends and/or holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.ALL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
