FORKLIFT OPERATOR / ORDER SELECTOR
Square1 Distribution & Logistics is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our growing team in Springfield, MO. This is a full-time position in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment with consistent daytime hours and excellent benefits.What You'll Do:
As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, staged, and shipped.Responsibilities include:
Building outbound orders ranging from single pallets to full truckloads (FTL) Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Using tablets and Bluetooth scanners to pick and process orders Replenishing inventory in primary pick locations Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks Assisting with receiving operations Performing physical inventory counts Operating a stretch-wrap machine to secure outbound shipments Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience General warehouse and distribution experience preferred Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly Basic computer and technology skills Comfortable using tablets and Bluetooth scanning devices Experience operating a stretch-wrap machine is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Commitment to workplace safety and teamworkSchedule Monday:
7:00 AM- 4:30 PM Tuesday
Thursday:
8:00 AM- 4:30
PM Friday:
8:00 AM- 3:30 PM Some overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays.
