Job Description
Order Puller We are currently hiring motivated and dependable Order Pullers for a full-time evening shift warehouse opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience with order picking, RF scanners, and warehouse operations. Job Responsibilities Accurately pull and prepare orders for next-day deliveries using an RF scanner Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Complete pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment Report equipment issues or safety concerns to management immediately Verify correct products and quantities for all orders Build pallets properly to maintain product integrity and maximize space Label and organize orders for accurate identification and shipment Maintain separation of multiple orders during picking process Meet productivity standards, including an 80-piece-per-hour pick rate Keep warehouse pick locations clean, organized, and stocked Perform general warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties Minimize picking errors and maintain quality standards Qualifications Warehouse or order picking experience preferred Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment Experience using RF scanners is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift, move, and stack products safely Reliable attendance and strong work ethic IND2
