We are located on 4107 Oleander Dr Suite D.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. Cape Fear Games is accepting applications for a part-time position as an Order Processing Associate for approximately 24-40 hours per week with weekend and evening availability. We are looking for someone with who can: Provide excellent customer service and spread a love of gaming to customers. Locate products to fulfill orders both online and in-store. Sort, organize, and file products quickly and with a low degree of error. Demonstrate an attention to detail while moving around the designated workspace. Accurately determine the condition of products and investigate common issues. We are looking for a team member that is motivated, focused, and able to stay on task in a busy environment. One of the top things we look for is someone with a positive attitude that will fit in well with our current staff and culture.
Requirements:
Able to work flexible hours especially evenings. Able to quickly and accurately enter data, bring new ordering patterns to the attention of coworkers, and maintain a detail-oriented workspace.
Pokemon, Magic:
the Gathering or Yu-Gi-Oh Collectible Card Game and Trading Card Game knowledge strongly preferred. Lift upwards of thirty pounds occasionally. Able to go long periods of time without sitting.
