Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment. Relentless Merchandise and our newly started headwear company Atonal headwear, recently started growing a fuffilment channel of our buisness. We are excited but are looking for someone with experience if possible to help us develop this side of our buisness. Duties
- Utilize warehouse management system to locate, pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Operate forklift and RF scanner to move and track inventory
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
