Job Description

Order FIller Pay:
$19.31 per hour
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM Small Town Staffing is seeking reliable Order Fillers for a busy warehouse environment. This position is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Responsibilities:
Pick and pull orders accurately using pick sheets or RF scanners Prepare orders for shipment Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Verify product quantities and inspect orders for accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Previous order picking experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Forklift experience is a plus but not required This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for a stable, full-time position with a growing company.
