This role verifies order details, identifies discrepancies, and communicates with customers to resolve issues and obtain revised documentation when necessary. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma and customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams Ability to learn and navigate CRM systems Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills t Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage urgent requests
