$22/hour Job Summary Responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift to accurately select, label, palletize, and stage products for customer orders in a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Works in varying temperature conditions including dry, cooler, and freezer areas. Key Responsibilities Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanning equipment safely and efficiently Select and palletize customer orders according to company procedures and productivity standards Use RF label technology to create and apply accurate product labels Stack products properly on pallets while following safe loading procedures Stage completed pallets at designated dock locations for shipment Stretch-wrap pallets and prepare orders for loading Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on warehouse equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed until all orders are completed Qualifications & Skills Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments for extended shifts Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection and labeling Ability to meet or exceed productivity and error-rate standards Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Basic math and arithmetic skills Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift, move, and handle products in fluctuating temperature environments including freezer conditions Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #IND0526
