E-Commerce Customer Service Associate

We are seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Associate to support corporate clients through order workflow management, customer support, and digital store coordination. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their career. This Role is

Ideal For Someone Who Has:

• Managed custom orders for corporate clients
• Coordinated orders across sales, production, and shipping teams
• Supported company stores or branded merchandise programs

Key Responsibilities Client & Order Support:

• Support corporate clients with order questions, timelines, and updates
• Manage orders from placement through delivery

E-Commerce & Systems Coordination:

• Monitor order flow in Shopify, ShipStation, and Marketfuel
• Manage Zendesk tickets and update JotForm items

Data & Reporting Support:

• Pull and organize data
• Build basic reports using

Excel and Power BI Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Work with purchasing, warehouse, production, and finance teams Required Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the promotional products, custom apparel, or branded merchandise industry preferred
• Experience in a customer service, account support, or client-facing (B2B) role
• Hands-on experience managing custom orders or company store programs
• Experience supporting order lifecycle coordination
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis
• Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, ERP systems, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
