Order Management Specialist (Data Entry)

Position Summary The Order Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role acts as a key liaison between sales, production, logistics, and customers, supporting Sobel Westex's commitment to high-quality service in the hospitality and textile industry. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery Review orders for accuracy, pricing, product availability, and shipping details Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely order execution Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to internal teams and customers Resolve order discrepancies, including pricing, inventory shortages, and shipping errors Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., order entry, tracking, invoicing) Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure efficient shipping and delivery Support inventory management by communicating demand trends and stock concerns Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer claims in a timely manner
