Monday-Thursday 5:30 AM-2:00 PM, Friday 5:30 AM-4:00

PM Pay:

$19.50

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading of orders. Prepare order selecting pick work. Accurately and timely select product. Always keep assigned working dock area clean and organized. Provide assistance to the Operations team with day-to-day tasks. Invoice orders and provide invoices for Will Call-Front Office Clerk. Assist with assigning appropriate pickup times and maintaining Will-Call Pick Up schedule. Accurately prepare and stage any Will Call order returns for processing at the end of the shift. Process, document, stage, and communicate via email, on all SLC cross dock loads & future delivery orders. Check all pallets of product for correct amounts, manufacture numbers and report any product discrepancies. Maintain communication with various departments by answering incoming calls and emails prompt and timely manner. Stage and prepare picked orders in corresponding temp zone and by method of shipping freight pick up, recovery van, UPS/Fedex. Proactively search, identify, and resolve issues while maintaining and providing great experiences and solutions to all customers.

Requirements:

Bilingual is a plus but not required. Ability to have basic math skills and have the capacity to retain numbers. Ability to work in different temperatures (-10-80 degrees room temperature). Ability to operate and have a basic understanding of mechanical operation of pallet jack, forklift, manlift, and other such warehouse equipment.
