Order Entry Clerk Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay:

$18.50-$19.00/hr (based on experience) What You'll Do This role is primarily data entry, but also includes a variety of administrative and processing tasks such as: Open and sort incoming mail, then scan payments and documents using mail-processing equipment. Scan and process customer orders, payments, and written correspondence. Navigate multiple internal systems to complete daily tasks. Enter payment and transaction details accurately into company platforms. Review rejected or incorrect payments, correct errors, and reprocess as needed. Perform quality checks to ensure all documents and transactions are accurate and complete. Balance daily transactions and reports, notifying a supervisor of any discrepancies. Prepare and transmit daily bank deposits for U.S. and Canadian accounts. Compare daily deposit totals to prior records to ensure accuracy. Look up customer accounts and process basic account transactions. Maintain and update tracking reports to keep all information current.
