Operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, the role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and consistent communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Process and validate vehicle orders, ensuring all requirements are met prior to factory submission Coordinate order flow from intake through production, maintaining accuracy and timeliness at each stage Manage order modifications, including diversions, rewrites, and cancellations as needed Communicate effectively with internal teams, independent sales representatives, and overseas support offices to resolve inquiries and issues Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information, including task completion and order status updates Identify discrepancies or system errors and determine appropriate resolutions to ensure seamless processing Troubleshoot order issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams to prevent delays in delivery timelines Administer internal promotions and ensure proper application within order processing workflows Monitor and respond to emails and task queues within established service level expectations Support continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume administrative, operations, or customer service environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in CRM systems and general computer applications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bachelor's degree preferred Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by: Timely and accurate completion of order processing tasks Ability to meet deadlines across multiple workflows (initial orders, changes, cancellations, etc.) Responsiveness to internal teams and support offices Effectiveness in resolving issues independently while maintaining quality standards Consistent accuracy in CRM updates and documentation Additional Insight This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to build a strong foundation in operations, logistics, and process management. Non-Exempt Reports to: Order Processing Team Leader Position Overview The Order Processor is a critical operational role within the Vehicle Production team, responsible for managing high-volume order workflows from initial qualification through final factory submission.
