Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing automotive parts for shipment. Your enthusiasm and precision will ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain the high standards our customers expect. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment and advanced warehouse management systems in a collaborative setting. Duties Efficiently select and assemble customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse, ensuring proper handling and storage of auto parts Conduct quality control checks during picking and packing processes to ensure accuracy and product integrity Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including verifying shipments and preparing items for dispatch Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, inventory management, and order fulfillment procedures Support warehouse distribution operations by adhering to safety protocols and optimizing workflow efficiency Qualifications Familiarity with RF scanners for order picking and inventory control a plus Strong mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and packaging tools Prior experience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, or warehouse distribution is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Excellent attention to detail for quality control during picking & packing processes Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus Join us as an Order Selector and become an essential part of our fast-moving logistics team!
