In this role, you'll help with inventory management, order fulfillment, and other product duties to support the customer experience. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse. No prior experience is required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Fulfillment Associates are responsible for locating items in the warehouse, picking items using handheld scanners, packing items into boxes or bags, labeling packages, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring orders are accurate and processed on time. Associates may also unload incoming shipments, stock shelves, move inventory throughout the warehouse, and prepare orders for delivery drivers.

Fulfillment Associate Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack and ship customer orders Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform general warehouse tasks as assigned Use handheld scanners or warehouse software to track inventory

Fulfillment Associate Candidate Qualifications:

Basic computer skills (data entry, navigating systems) Strong attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance, especially on weekends Consistently looks for ways to improve one's self through growth and development opportunities Communicates clearly and promptly up, down, and across Communicates effectively to manage expectations High School Diploma preferred
