Order Fulfillment Agent

Description Responsible for handling outgoing orders in the Cultivation. The Order Fulfillment Agent will pick items from the vault, review labels to ensure compliance with METRC and Ohio state law, and prep them to deliver to retail and wholesale customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Handle outgoing orders, both retail and wholesale, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Pick items from the vault according to order specifications. Review labels to ensure compliance with METRC and Ohio state law. Maintain accurate records of order fulfillment and inventory levels. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Support management with inventory records and reports. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and security protocols are upheld. Assist with quarterly and third-party audits when applicable. Keep a clean and well-organized fulfillment area.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1 year (preferably 2 years) practical experience in a fast-paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment with operational benchmarks. High school degree or GED is required; some college preferred. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must pass any and all required background checks. Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands, including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays. Involves working near plant material, which may include exposure to pollen and/or Requires extended periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, and performing repetitive hand movements. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist height.
