Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary 3D Meats is hiring a dependable, hardworking employee to handle customer orders, bundle preparation, inventory organization, and daily order flow inside our meat processing facility. This position requires someone who can stay organized, work around people, and handle physical work consistently throughout the day. Responsibilities Make customer order bundles Pull and organize completed orders Take orders out to customers Put incoming orders away correctly Count and verify customer orders Keep hallways, storage areas, and order areas organized Help maintain clean work areas Work with customers and coworkers professionally Requirements Able to regularly lift 50+ lbs throughout the day Reliable and on time Comfortable working in cold environments Able to stay organized in a fast-paced setting Good communication and customer service skills Able to follow directions and work independently Preferred Warehouse, retail, grocery, or meat industry experience preferred Forklift experience a plus (not required) What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Attention to detail Positive attitude Someone who takes ownership of their work Schedule Full-time Weekend availability may be required
