Job Description
The Data Entry & Order Processing Specialist is the operational backbone connecting our sales, inventory, and fulfillment teams. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders from start to finish, making sure every detail is verified and every shipment leaves on time. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter high volumes of customer, product, and shipping data into company systems including ERP, CRM, and Order Management Software Cross-check order details against customer requests, verify pricing, and confirm inventory availability before processing Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, or stock shortages by communicating proactively with customers, sales reps, and warehouse staff Generate and manage documentation including pick tickets, invoices, shipping documents, and order confirmations Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers Maintain accurate records and support ongoing improvements to order processing workflows What We're Looking For Strong typing skills with an emphasis on speed and accuracy (45+ WPM preferred) Familiarity with data entry or order management software; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to catch errors before they become problems Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across departments and handling customer inquiries Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized in a high-volume environment Why The Concrete Protector At The Concrete Protector, our purpose is simple: we help contractors grow incredible businesses.
