• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Puller to join our dynamic warehouse team.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing products for shipment to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our warehouse distribution process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, utilize advanced warehouse management systems, and develop your skills in materials handling and logistics. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse Handle materials with precision during stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving processes Ensure quality control by inspecting items for damage or discrepancies before packing or dispatching Assist with load & unload activities, ensuring proper placement and storage of inventory in designated areas Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining organized storage areas and adhering to safety protocols Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities to maintain optimal stock levels Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for efficient order picking and inventory control Strong mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and safety procedures Prior experience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, or warehouse distribution is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during load & unload tasks Excellent attention to detail for quality control and accurate order picking & packing Warehouse experience with a focus on order fulfillment, stocking, and mechanical operations is preferred Join our team as an Order Puller where your energy fuels our success!
