Job Description

Position:
Order Picker / PackerJob Summary We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Order Picker/Packer to join our team. This position involves locating ATV and motorcycle parts in the warehouse, verifying order accuracy, packaging items securely, and preparing shipments for daily carrier pickup. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick ATV and motorcycle parts accurately from warehouse inventory Verify part numbers and match items to customer orders Package parts safely to prevent shipping damage Print and apply shipping labels Organize shelves and maintain warehouse cleanliness Assist with inventory organization and stock placement Inspect parts for damage or missing pieces before shipment Help unload and sort incoming inventory when needed Maintain a steady workflow while meeting shipping deadlines Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Basic knowledge of ATV/motorcycle parts preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organization skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Comfortable using computers, label printers, and shipping software Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Experience with eBay, warehouse shipping, or powersports parts Mechanical knowledge of motorcycles or ATVs Experience using barcode scanners or inventory systems Forklift experience is a plus Work Environment Warehouse/shop setting Fast-paced but team-oriented environment Opportunities to learn powersports parts identification and warehouse operations
