Month Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Case Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders using a Center Rider / Electric Pallet Jack. You will play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate shipments while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking:

Efficiently pick and prepare customer orders, with approximately 95% of tasks involving case picking using a Center Rider Electric Pallet Jack.

Shipping & Accuracy:

Verify orders against packing lists and ensure products are securely prepared for shipment.

Inventory Management:

Accurately count and record product inventory to maintain stock accuracy.

Workplace Safety & Cleanliness:

Follow safety protocols, maintain a "clean as you go" mindset, and ensure a neat and organized workspace.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 90% of the shift). Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

PPE Requirements:

Steel-toe shoes/boots required for safety compliance.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus but not required. Willingness to follow all safety procedures and protocols.
