Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are the backbone of our operations—helping us deliver everyday essentials to customers, day and night, rain or shine. This role requires drive, positivity, and a can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same—and you don't mind being around snacks—you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Pick and pack items for customer orders with speed and accuracy Receive, unload, and organize vendor deliveries; verify counts against invoices and resolve discrepancies Manage inventory, restock shelves, and handle canceled orders Keep the site clean, safe, and organized (including sales floor, storage, and kitchen if applicable) Follow FIFO practices to reduce waste and spoilage Assist customers with substitutions or out-of-stock items as needed Safely handle, scan, and move products (may include alcohol, tobacco, or nicotine) Operate carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment Work in various environments, including freezer areas and multi-level facilities Prepare and package quality food and beverage items (if applicable to the site) Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED equivalent Experience in retail, warehouse, or restaurant environments (preferred, not required) Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 49 lbs for long periods of time throughout your shift Comfortable working flexible schedules (mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays) Basic familiarity with web-based software tools (e.g., Google Workspace) Why Gopuff?
