Order Entry/Customer Associate

Job Overview:

As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our meter reading services company, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate order processing, exceptional customer support, and seamless coordination between clients, field technicians, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Order Entry & Data Management:

Accurately enter and process customer orders, service requests, and meter reading schedules into the company's database/system. Verify order details (e.g., customer information, service locations, billing codes) for completeness and accuracy. Update and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all changes are documented promptly. Generate work orders and dispatch schedules for field technicians.

Customer Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding meter reading services, billing, or scheduling. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team. Provide clear explanations of services, timelines, and pricing to customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$21.86 - $25.79 per hour
