Position Summary :
The Order Experience Specialist will play a key role in supporting CALI's B2B sales channel. The incumbent will partner with Territory Managers and management to directly support customers with CALI product questions and information, order support and solidifying relationships with customers. The Order Experience Specialist will serve as a direct point of contact for customers seeking answers to product and installation questions, updates on orders/status and product availability.
Essential Duties :
Check inventory and problem solve fulfilling available orders Assist in ordering process by being available via phone, fax, or email for stores seeking to place orders by checking stock and prices for customers Create, collaborate with Customer Experience team, ensuring customers are properly assisted thru resolution of the case, escalating as necessary. Identify Areas of improvement in the company and assist in implementing solutions Accurate order entry for the dealer team Initiate and follow-up on cases for: Customer Experience and accounting Answer order desk phone calls Participate in ongoing training exercises for overseas team, specifically in order placement for customers including True Value and ACE Hardware Assist in managing the overseas team daily with orders & questions. Review dealer accounts to update and "clean-up" Regularly review dealer orders to make sure they're correct (e.g., paid orders, shipped orders, pending orders and backorders, etc.). Complete a daily reconciliation spreadsheet for customer orders Assist with international orders and commercial invoices (Canada) Assist and support territory managers in identifying issues, troubleshooting, and finding a solution Complete small projects as assigned (e.g., ship flooring samples for Territory Managers, distributing product guides, etc.) Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
High School diploma with 2+ years of related experience; Bachelor's degree in Business, or other related field preferred Experience in sales, customer service or account representative preferred Demonstrated excellence in customer support/service and resolution Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure
