Full Job Description Job Overview:

As an Order Picker/Inventory at our small clean fill disposal site, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, loading, and tracking various types of fill materials for customer pickup and delivery.

Responsibilities:

Yard Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory of all fill materials by tracking incoming and outgoing volumes. Organize yard stockpiles to maximize space, maintain safe access, and prevent cross-contamination of materials.

Material Receiving & Inspection:

Receive incoming clean fill from contractors, homeowners, and delivery trucks. Direct trucks to appropriate dumping areas based on material type. Maintain accurate records of incoming material sources, volumes, and types.

Customer Service:

Greet customers and contractors upon arrival, providing clear directions for dumping or loading. Answer customer questions about material types, pricing, availability, and disposal policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.

Pay:

$21.81 - $25.84 per hour
