40 hours per week, 1st shift (Monday-Friday, between 7am - 11am) Overview Responsibilities Perform ongoing inspection and quality control to ensure client product accuracy Maintain the integrity of vault contents while managing workflow between Vault, Production, Product Fulfillment, and Delivery departments Pull, count, and prepare cards for production using production pull sheets Perform mid-day rushes and assist with rush orders Pull and count cards for daily shipment requests Verify JAAMS lot numbers when moving back stock to front stock and update the JAAMS system accordingly Inspect open card trays for neatness, tape back stock, and label trays with count and client name (if less than 500) Assist and follow up on problem solving with Data Card Retrieve replacement cards using the Destruction log and perform JAAMS procedures Conduct modified vault inventory on different JAAMS banks daily Create generic sample cards for Visa, MasterCard, or clients as needed Perform JAAMS remakes to ensure real-time inventory accuracy Obtain and stock supplies as needed and keep work stations organized Requirements High School diploma 1-3 years of inventory experience Strong numerical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to stand, lift (up to 35 lbs.), sit, pull, and reach as required Must pass pre-employment background check and urine drug screening System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
