Overview:
Company is hiring Order Selectors for their facility in Alcoa. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment with long-term potential and paid training provided. The Warehouse Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders, building and wrapping pallets, operating electric pallet jacks, and safely moving products throughout the warehouse. Candidates will work in a multi-temperature environment, including freezer and dry storage areas, while ensuring productivity, safety, and accuracy standards are met. Responsibilities Select and palletize customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely Perform equipment safety checks before each shift Verify products are correct and free from damage Deliver completed pallets to designated dock areas Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist with aisle organization
Qualification:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-80+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from -5°F to 100°F+ Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Strong attendance, punctuality, and positive attitude required Warehouse, construction, farming, manufacturing, or other physically intensive experience preferred Previous pallet jack or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Night Shift:
Sunday-Thursday; Sunday start time: 5:00 PM; Monday-Thursday start time: 6:00 PM until completion. Average 45-48 hours per week with overtime opportunities
