Your focus will be on safely and accurately selecting orders, preparing pallets, and ensuring quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded.

$22/hour

LOCATION

Alcoa, TN Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently select customer orders using warehouse technology and equipment. Build and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy targets. Perform pre-shift checks and operate electric pallet jacks. Carefully transfer products from racks to pallets, ensuring accuracy and preventing damage. Deliver and shrink wrap completed pallets to the correct dock areas. Maintain a clean and organized workspace—clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return equipment to charging stations. Physical Requirements Work comfortably in multi-temperature environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs.; handle 1,000+ cases per shift.

Required Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading labels, attending training, and documenting reports as needed. Willingness to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday starting at 6:00 PM, with occasional weekends and holidays. Recent experience in a physically demanding role or activity (e.g., patient care, construction, sports, farming).

Preferred Experience:

Order selection in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment.

Soft Skills:

Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
