$18.00/hour starting pay, increasing to $20.00/hour upon full-time hire
Overtime:
Available during peak season (Q4) through extended weekday hours. No weekend work required. About the Opportunity We are seeking dependable and motivated Order Pullers to join our warehouse team in Carrollton, TX. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Accurately pull customer orders using pick tickets and RF scanners. Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details to ensure accuracy. Organize and stage orders for packing and shipping. Assist with inventory movement and stock replenishment as needed. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including RF scanners and occasional use of a stand-up forklift. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company procedures, productivity standards, and safety guidelines. Work closely with warehouse management and team members to meet daily shipping goals. Qualifications Ability to read and write in English is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Previous warehouse, order pulling, or inventory experience is preferred but not required. Experience using RF scanners is a plus. Ability to learn warehouse processes and procedures through on-the-job training. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift. Ability to lift warehouse materials, with no lifting requirements exceeding 30 pounds. Additional Information Drug screening required. Training will be provided by the Warehouse Manager. Computer experience is not required. Stand-up forklift operation may be required occasionally. Candidates selected for consideration will participate in an in-person interview.
