Event rental order picker

The Event Rental Order Picker accurately pulls, inspects, and packs a wide variety of event inventory—including linens, glassware, tables, chairs, and decor. This role requires extreme care with fragile items and the physical stamina to handle bulk furniture for upcoming events.

Key ResponsibilitiesPull Orders:

Locate and pull diverse inventory using our software to print new orders.

Quality:

Check dishes, glassware, and linens for stains, chips, tears, or damage before packing.

Pack Fragile Items:

Securely wrap and crate fragile items like china, glassware, and centerpieces to prevent transit damage.

Stage Event Orders:

Palletize, wrap, and stage completed orders in designated loading zones for delivery trucks.

Handle Furniture:

Safely stack, move, and organize heavy items like tables, bars, and chairs.

Process Returns:

Help sort, clean, and restock items returning from events back to their correct locations.

Qualifications & SkillsExperience:

Prior experience in event rentals, hospitality logistics, or retail warehousing is highly preferred.

Detail-Oriented:

Exceptional eye for detail to distinguish small variations in colors, patterns, and sizes.

Care & Safety:

Demonstrated ability to handle delicate and fragile glass or ceramic items safely.

Organization:

Ability to read complex multi-category order sheets efficiently.

Physical Requirements Lifting:

Ability to regularly lift and move up to [e.g., 50 lbs] (tables, chair stacks).

Stamina:

Standing, walking, lifting, and bending continuously throughout the day.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
