Get Healthy provides an eCommerce platform with integrated marketing services that allows doctors and wellness professionals to sell supplements and wellness products through their own customized branded website. Job Summary The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the daily fulfillment of eCommerce orders from the customers of medical and wellness providers using the Get Healthy Stores eCommerce platform to provide supplements and other lifestyle products used in functional medicine. This position is responsible for order management, fulfillment, and inventory management. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities and Duties The Fulfillment Specialist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Fulfills orders shipped from the Get Healthy Stores Manages manual orders requiring online ordering, email, or other unique means of placing the orders Monitors and orders supplies as needed to fulfill onsite orders Receives purchase orders, confirming order accuracy and product quality; resolves any issues with shipments from the manufacturer immediately Monitors product expiration dates and supports proper stock rotation Tracks backorders and ensures good communication with clients on products that are not available Ensures company site is clean, safe, and well-maintained Follows all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with GWP regulations Any other tasks as needed to fully support the fulfillment operations Other duties as assigned or requested Qualifications, Skills and Preferred Experience This position must be comfortable and effective working autonomously with little supervision. The qualifications, skills, and experience preferred include: 2 years experience in warehousing or order fulfillment 2 years of inventory management experience Proficient understanding of inventory management and corresponding accounting principals Comfortable with autonomy; self-starter who adjusts effectively to varying workloads Excellent time management and prioritization skills Great sense of ownership, someone who truly owns this functional area and goes above and beyond to constantly strive for excellence Knowledge of Magento and ShipStation a plus High School diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements Duties are split between an office and warehousing environment. The site is climate controlled, though duties may involve some outdoor activities under various temperatures. Position requires some lifting, up to approximately 40 pounds. The Fulfillment Specialist must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend, squat, and utilize ladders.
