Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety while handling various products. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications. Utilize management systems to track inventory and order status. Maintain organization within the store by ensuring products are stored in designated locations. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in a order picking role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with management systems or inventory software is a plus. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.
