Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Pick items from designated locations within the warehouse according to order specifications Weighing out and packaging products Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation Stocking and restocking inventory Inspecting items for damage prior to packing for shipment Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and stock replenishment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Maintains organization and cleanliness of workspace and fulfillment center Always follow safety protocols
Requirements:
Must be 21+ years old Previous experience as an Order Filler or similar role preferred Familiarity with order fulfillment processes in a warehouse or distribution center setting Proficient in using order picking equipment Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks, as this role involves heavy lifting of up to 60lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Basic computer skills required Must pass background check
