Where Planning Meets Action - Be the Engine Behind Our Operations Join our team as an Order Management Associate where you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly from start to finish. In this fast-paced environment, you'll coordinate workflows, prioritize operations, and ensure orders are completed on time and within budget while collaborating across teams to drive efficiency and performance. Your tasks Prepare, issue, and review production workflow Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover operational demand Ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget Address issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other operational team members Company travel required when applicable Position is Richmond, VA-based and non-remote Your profile Bachelor's and/or Trad Degree required OR equivalent experience in a production/manufacturing environment Experienced in production planning and quality control principles Strong time management skills, urgency, and aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks within multiple projects Ability to communicate effectively, present and influence credibly at all levels Problem Solving - Able to investigate root cause and suggest workable solutions Deductive Reasoning - Ability to apply general rules to problems to produce sensible answers Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP experience preferred Your advantages at Bizerba Vacation and Holidays Time off Model I Holiday Schedule At Bizerba it is important to us that your work-life balance is not neglected.
