Job Description
About the Position We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing production and packaging team in the Irongate area. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional, team-focused environment where quality, efficiency, and collaboration are valued. What You'll Do As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will assist with packaging products, preparing orders, and supporting daily fulfillment operations. Team members work both independently and collaboratively to ensure orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities Package products according to established procedures and quality standards Follow company policies, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Accurately complete assigned tasks and meet daily production goals Assist with special projects and team-based production needs as required Work collaboratively with team members to support daily fulfillment demands Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Production, warehouse, or packaging experience is helpful but not required Must be at least 21 years of age Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check Schedule & Compensation Full-time Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00
