You will operate a cherry picker and other forklifts, collaborate closely with a small warehouse team, and assist customers who visit the facility. The position is physically demanding and requires consistent heavy lifting and the ability to stand for the full shift. Responsibilities Pull and prepare orders for inbound and outbound shipments with a high level of accuracy. Use a cherry picker, order picker, and other forklifts to access and move products safely. Read and follow pick sheets and labels to ensure the correct parts and quantities are selected. Work independently to locate and pull the proper parts according to numbers on labels. Handle heavy lifting of items weighing up to and above 75 pounds throughout the shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the warehouse. Collaborate with a small warehouse team and support team members as needed. Interact professionally with customers entering and exiting the warehouse. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when operating warehouse equipment. Contribute to a team-oriented environment and support a culture of cooperation rather than individual focus. Essential Skills Previous warehouse experience from a prior job. Ability to lift upwards of 75 pounds on a regular basis. Comfort with physically demanding work, including standing for at least 8 hours a day. Strong attention to detail when reading labels, part numbers, and pick sheets. Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with others. Comfort working at heights when using a cherry picker or similar equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience operating forklifts, including cherry picker, order picker, and stand-up forklifts. Previous experience with order pulling and working from pick sheets. Stable work history without frequent short-term roles. Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers. Willingness to learn and take direction, with training provided for the right candidate. Why Work Here? You will join a close-knit warehouse team where teamwork, reliability, and mutual support are highly valued. The environment offers consistent daytime hours, minimal overtime, and the opportunity to build and develop your skills with hands-on training. You will work in a setting where your attention to detail and strong work ethic are recognized and appreciated, and where collaboration and a team-first mindset are central to the culture. Work Environment The role is based in a warehouse facility that employs approximately 25 people in the immediate operation and about 40 across the broader site. The warehouse department itself is small, with around 6 team members, creating a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. You will work primarily on your feet in a physically demanding setting, using equipment such as cherry pickers, order pickers, and forklifts to pull and move parts. The position follows a regular day shift schedule of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break and minimal overtime.
